New England Property Advisor's President, Valerie Pontiff, represented construction manager Daniel O'Connell's Sons in leasing three new facilities in Boston, Woburn and Franklin Massachusetts. The company also bought out their Waltham lease. Holyoke based Daniel O'Connell's Sons will diversify its regional presence through new offices at 225 Franklin in downtown Boston, 300 Unicorn Park in Woburn, and 1000 Franklin Village in Franklin.
